Losing a loved one is painful enough without the added burden of having to sort through personal possessions and the memories they often evoke.

When you feel ready, I can offer a empathetic service to help you let go. This is a very personal service with which I will help you make those difficult decisions in the most sensitive and understanding way.

I can also offer to keep these items securely for a limited period, just in case you change your mind.

WHO AM I

Alison Dormer

Before setting up Serenity Services I was a Senior Customer Adviser in a large UK Bank for more than 20 years, so I am used to dealing confidentially with people of all backgrounds and in all sorts of situations.

I set up Serenity because I saw the need with people and families around the Winchester area, where I grew up originally and have lived for the past decade.

I have a son at college and extensive family in Hampshire. I spend time with my family and friends. I also enjoy horse riding and walking the countryside.

HOW I WORK WITH MY CLIENTS

I offer a free consultation for all new clients, either by skype/phone or in person if you are local.
This initial consultation lasts for around 30 minutes and we discuss what you are hoping to achieve and how I can help you achieve it!
Thereafter, I charge £35 / hour and sessions are for a minimum of 2 hours. Travel time is charged at the hourly rate unless you are very local.
